Although the majority of PMI’s structural steel projects are in the industrial, commercial and institutional sectors, the company also carries out projects in the residential sector. Indeed, in recent years PMI has designed, manufactured and installed metal frames for private residences in the Rimouski region and all recently on the south shore of Montreal. The advantages of steel in terms of the environment (high-percentage recycled material), free spans, to create wonderful pieces, and durability in time are surely for something in the choice of future owners.
