PMI Steel Products is proud to announce its partnership with Prometek. Indeed, as PMI is still looking for opportunities in the metal fabrication market, it has become Prometek’s main shareholder, a steel structure manufacturer, which was looking for a strategic partner to ensure its growth.
This new partnership is a win-win transaction for both companies that have developed an excellent business relationship over the years and who are now preparing to offer a wider range of services. Their manufacturing processes are complementary: PMI is expert in heavy mechanically welded structures; Prometek remains an expert in lattice structures and lightweight welded structures.
By this union, the production capacity of the two plants combined has more than doubled. The group now has engineering, design and drawing team, and two production plants with a group of dedicated employees to customers satisfaction.
